Natalie Terrell Johnson, a distinguished alumni of Villanova University, Towson University, and the University of Baltimore, Natalie’s professional journey has predominantly revolved around managing alternative investments for prime brokerage clients. However, in 2018, she embraced a pivotal role as the Chief Operating Officer of Inner County Outreach, Inc. (ICO), a nonprofit founded by her father, Pastor Nate Johnson. This organization extends its compassionate services to 3,500 individuals annually across the Tri-County region of Harford, Cecil, and Baltimore Counties. Natalie shoulders the responsibility of overseeing ICO’s operations, and she takes immense pride in representing the many families who wholeheartedly dedicate themselves to serving the community each day. In addition to her role at ICO, Natalie is the President of the Rotary Club of Aberdeen, a member of the 2025 class of Harford Leadership Academy, RSVP Advisory BOD member, and the Aberdeen Economic Development Committee.
Outside her professional commitments, Natalie finds profound fulfillment as a devoted Sunday School Teacher, Worship Leader, and Culinary Arts Ministry Lead at Aberdeen Bible Church located in Aberdeen, MD. Her deepest joy lies in nurturing “her Babies” as they grow in their understanding of Christ and cultivate a steadfast love for God.
