Steve Behrendt has served as a teacher, coach, and leader across all grade levels, from 4K to 12th grade. He is currently the principal and director of instruction at Richmond School District in Southeast Wisconsin, one of the top-performing districts in the state. With a deep passion for promoting and supporting the well-being of both staff and students, Steve’s commitment to well-being and leadership is evident in his writing and presentations on positive psychology, principal well-being, and leadership.
